- SKA Member?
- Small Boat – Under 400hp
First 150 boats registered and paid will receive a Captain’s Bucket and T Shirt. The Captains Meeting will be Aug 21st 6pm at Harbourside Place
BY REGISTERING FOR THIS TOURNAMENT You acknowledge & AGREEING THAT EACH CAPTAIN ACCEPTS FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR THEIR CREW AND IT IS AT HIS OR HER DISCRETION TO FISH OR NOT.
Understanding the inherent risks, I individually and as a team, AGREE TO RELEASE FROM ANY LIABILITY AND TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Chasen’Tailz Fishing Tournament & Harbourside Place LLC and its officers, directors, employees, servants, volunteers and agents from any liability, claims, causes of action, demands, costs, obligations or financial responsibility of every kind and nature, for any incident, injury or accident occurring to myself, team member, or member of my family, while engaging in or observing any activity at ChasenTailz Fishing Tournament. By agreeing to this indemnification, I am knowingly and willingly choosing to be financially responsible for any future claims brought against Chasen’Tailz Fishing Tournament Inc & Harbourside Place LLC.
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily electing to participate in such activities. Knowing of the risks, I hereby EXPRESSLY AGREE to HOLD HARMLESS and INDEMNIFY Chasen’Tailz Fishing Tournament Inc & Harbourside Place LLC for any claims. POSTPONEMENT OR RESCHEDULING OF THE TOURNAMENT DUE TO WEATHER IS UNLIKELY, BUT MAY BE CONSIDERED IF NECESSARY. IF FOR ANY REASON THE TOURNAMENT DOES NOT TAKE PLACE, A RAFFLE WILL DETERMINE WINNERS BY BOAT NUMBER FOR OVERALL WINNERS & 1st Place ONLY. NO REFUNDS – KEEP IN MIND THIS IS FOR CHARITY.
PHOTOS MAY BE USED FOR SOCIAL MEDIA & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY THE PARTICIPATING OF ANY PARTY.
Any protest concerning a rule violation must be submitted prior to the presentation of the awards. Protests must be submitted in writing to the Tournament Committee and accompanied by a $500 check that will be refunded if the protest is upheld by the Tournament Committee. All decisions made by the Tournament Committee are final and official.
